What is the difference between monthly and annual billing?

Monthly billing lets you pay month by month at the standard rate. Annual billing is paid upfront for 12 months and comes with a 10% discount off the total.

Is there a free trial?

Contact Telovix for a pilot license. Pilots are structured around realistic deployment scope rather than a SaaS-style shared sandbox.

How is the agent count defined?

An agent is a protected node running the Telovix Sensor. Count is governed at license import into Telovix Console. You can deploy fewer agents than your license allows at any time.

Do plans unlock different product modules?

No. Starter, Growth, and Scale include the same Telovix Console and Sensor capabilities. The public tiers mainly change the protected agent entitlement and support tier.

Can I upgrade between tiers?

Yes. Tier upgrades issue a new signed license bundle with the higher node entitlement and support tier. The existing Console and Sensor deployment remains in place.

When should I choose Custom?

Choose Custom when you need more than 500 protected agents or procurement terms that do not fit the public tiers. Pricing and license size are agreed directly with Telovix.

Can I run without internet?

Yes. After license import, the deployment operates fully offline. Runtime protection and license verification do not require a vendor connection.

Does pricing depend on event volume?

No. Telovix is priced per deployment and protected agent entitlement, not per event or by shipping telemetry to a SaaS backend.
